DescriptionManufacturing operation in the oil field industry in the Metro Houston, TX area is searching for a Project Systems Engineer with 10+ years of applicable experience. BSME or BSEE required. Candidate would be responsible to ensure that all of the requirements of the customer specifications for a major systems project are met and would be responsible for the project from concept through to the first phase of installation. Candidate would be responsible for production control and intervention workover controls, external interfaces (installation and equipment interface issues), internal interfaces (coordinate and develop the overall system equipment connectivity in conjunction with the client and package engineers), prepare and generate design basis documents, direct and coordinate the system design review, prepare system documents, coordinate the necessary reviews for risk assessments and environmental issues, generate the material list matrix for the proejct, generate the nomenclature documents for the project, oversee the generation of the required project studies, manage the completion of the cathodic protection study, ensure compatibility of all potentially injected fluids (chemical analysis), ensure project testing requirements are being met, generate the system O&M manual, review installation procedures, and provide input for project close out report.
