DescriptionOur client is a leading manufacturer of surgical products, searching for a Product Manager to lead a successful surgical invasive product line.
Developing and executing strategic marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profitable growth and market share of the surgical device portfolio
Managing product portfolio including product prioritization and rationalization
Managing new product launches including planning and executing comprehensive market seeding to generate pre-launch demand
Identifying new market opportunities and creating relevant project proposals
Analyzing competitive activity and developing counter strategies when appropriate
Tracking and reporting on market trends and the health of the portfolio;
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required, MBA strongly preferred
Minimum 3 years of Product Management Experience
Must have Operating Room experience with surgical products
Preference for candidates with experience in Bariatrics, Diabetes, hernia, colon, thoracic disease states.
Consulting or payor relations/reimbursement experience a plus
Demonstrated leadership skills or prior supervisory experience
