Job Summary: Account Supervisors are responsible for the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, client happiness and development, ensuring the strategy is realized within each project, and in assisting with client growth and long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
Be the clients brand expert and partner Deep understanding of the clients business with emphasis on providing proactive strategic direction to drive the brand Actively communicate the clients vision and expectations internally Plan day-to-day client activities Lead client presentations and status meetings Lead project documents for client and internal teams including creative briefs, media briefs, meeting notes, SOWs, scope documents and change orders Ensure client communications are distributed to the internal team and written client sign-off is given on all relevant points Proactively collaborate in the creative process, ensuring that brand strategy is followed and all tactics adhere to the strategy Manage Account Executives within the team, if applicable; provide leadership and ensure staff development as needed Drive brainstorming sessions Oversee client billing, extranet, and other client administration Ensure that timely and regular budget reconciliations are completed, and reviewed with client Develop projections and manage project budgets
Qualifications:
3-5 years Account Management experience, interactive preferred Significant online marketing and web development knowledge Ability to manage staff and motivate team Ability to develop strategy, with or without Strategy Department assistance, and ensure it is adhered to throughout the engagement Proven track record in building relationships with senior client contacts Consistently a team player An inspiration to your team and clients Advocate and enthusiast for client brands Captivating presenter Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate ideas Healthcare marketing experience a plus
