Job Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager for its New York location. They are a leading manufacturer of laboratory to production scale freeze dryers/lyophilizers, centrifugal evaporators, thermal control system, and glassware washers.

The Marketing Communications Manager position reports to the Director of Marketing, a key management position within the organization. The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the continued Strategic Development and Administrative Duties of the newly established company website as well as Trade Show Coordination. Assist with the expansion of Webinar Programs, as well as helping to create and design a social networking program that will help to drive strategic initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Website administrative duties are the primary area of responsibility and applicant should have experience in all facets of website creation, maintenance and analysis.
Design and implement social networking strategy to help drive business.
Develop, refine and execute business specific marketing plans which include, trade shows, E-Promotions, Print Media, Marketing Material and Assist with execution of webinar, seminars, and training sessions.
Collaborate with management to make sure that marketing programs are on target.
Track, assess and report performance metrics for each marketing initiative to ensure objectives are met.
In order for the prospective candidate to be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications, skills and knowledge:
Skills and knowledge of website development, management and graphics capabilities.
Prior experience in creating and implementing website based social networking strategies.
Knowledge of Quark, Adobe Acrobat or other graphic software programs along with Microsoft Office Suite, Kentico content database and Webex or similar programs.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Minimum of BS/BA degree.
5 7 years of marketing/advertising or work related experience.
