Due to the growth of their business, they are seeking a Manager of Process Integration for TCO (transparent conductive oxides) which is of course essential to the manufacture of solar panels.

Summary of Job Function:

Responsible for development of all new TCO containing substrates as well as process improvement of existing TCO containing substrate. Both roles include collaboration with external suppliers and development of internal processes.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

* Leads a team of professionals developing new processes for TCO.
* Qualify new processes for TCO as well as improvements to existing processes.
* Responsible for proliferation of manufacturing with new processes to satellite manufacturing facilities. Provides technical support and troubleshooting of implementation process.
* Drive cost reduction of TCO and substrates by continuous improvement of TCO manufacturing process, increasing yield, performance, uptime, material utilization and throughput.
* Collaborate with other teams in the company providing the expertise and excellence in the manufacturing processes of the TCO and substrate.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
* Leading through example: hands on manager drives experiments, analyses them and derives conclusions by himself. The manager needs to be able achieve things through people but also a strong individual contributor.

Required Experience:

* 10 years experience in engineering with exposure to high volume manufacturing.
* Semiconductor and/or thin film fabrication experience.
* 5 years of process integration management experience in Hard drive media, semiconductor, LCD, architectural coatings or similar industry.
* Ability to apply experimental techniques.
* Ability to apply statistical techniques.
* 5 years of Mangement Experience.

Required Education:

* Masters Degree in an Engineering Discipline
* PhD preferred

Physical Requirements:

* Will sit and stand for long periods of time during the day.
* Will walk, climb stairs and on equipment.
* May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist
* May lift up to 50 lbs.
* Required to use hands to finger, lift, handle, carry or feel objects.
* May stoop, kneel, bend, talk and hear.
* Specific vision abilities are required.
* All associates working on the production floor may be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair).
