Our client is seeking a Global Product Line Manager with uderbalanced drilling and managed pressure drilling experience to manage their technology portfolio worldwide.
The individual in this position will evaluate global markets and define opportunities in concert with other product lines, act as the filter between the commercial side of the house and the R&D group, product cost/pricing models, orchestrate market launches, determine the dedication of resources to various world regions based on business opportunities, and offer support to region VPs seeking to offer UBD and MPD services bundled with other product offerings.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a pressure control or drilling background who is seeking to combine their strategic and tactical experience and bring it to bear on a emerging technology in a fast growing global company.
Requirements:
Degreed engineer with 10 plus years in controlled pressure drilling
Experience in both technical as well as commercial aspects of drilling business
Must have experience with UBD & MPD hardware and systems
Willing to travel up to 30% per year internationally
