Marketing Manager Job in Fort Wayne Indiana (IN)

Are you an aggressive self-starter with a solid track record of experience in Marketing Management? Do you have project management in E-Commerce? A local, solid OEM is hiring a Marketing Manager to manage and coordinate all advertising, marketing and promotional staff and activities. This person will lead development of e-commerce strategy, analyze customer market research, analyze competitor information, develop/implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.

Required:
Bachelors in Marketing or related field
5+ years related role of experience
Experience implementing/using e-commerce platform
In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with CRM tools
Experience managing staff (3 direct reports)
Open to 25% travel

Preferred:
MBA
Distribution business experience

Will report to the VP of Distribution
Local candidates only - no relocation at this time
