Senior Director of Global Quality IMPACT:
Supports the Quality goals of customer satisfaction, creation of new capabilities and operational excellence by ensuring that our field services, and repair products meet the applicable codes, standards and specific customer requirements. This is accomplished by developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining quality assurance & quality control processes in accordance with corporate policies, goals and objectives, corporate processes and systems, and the requirements of ISO 9001, ASME, regulatory agencies and our customers.
Senior Director of Global Quality DETAILS:
Global Quality ...Responsible for developing and implementing a global strategy and multiyear road map around Quality and Governance
Quality System Development ...Manages the quality process activities in order to constantly improve efficiency and effectiveness.Ensures all departments are involved in reaching and maintaining all applicable certifications (ISO 9001, ASME, PED, CSA, NACE, OHAS etc.)
Quality Assurance/Quality Control ...Develops, implements and monitors QA/QC procedures, inspection methods, NDE methods to ensure our products and field services meet applicable codes and customer’s requirements;
Customer Satisfaction...Focuses on customer satisfaction as the primary driver of continuous improvement initiatives;
Meets with customers, or their representatives, as necessary to provide direction of our quality control activities;
Reviews and evaluates all customer complaints and supervises the root cause analysis;
Team Management and Development...Leads the Global Products and Field Services Quality team
Senior Director of Global Quality BACKGROUND:
Bachelor of Science ... Masters prefered
QA and QC manufacturing and services experience as a Quality professional
Strong leadership experience
Professional certifications related to Quality
Effective interaction with global personnel.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the working time internationall
