Sales Coordinator
Our client, a reputable and stable company who supplies Semiconductor Manufacturing companies, with equipment and related services & technologies, is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Austin, TX. 
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Vice President of Sales, Field Sales Team Members and external Customers.  In this role, you will serve as an integral part of the Sales team. Providing daily support to the Sales Manager regarding customer and vendor information, marketing collateral review and various aspects of new product launches, as well as, creating new and updating marketing materials. They will also be responsible for managing product data and set up repositories for accessibility.
Primary Responsibilities may include:
  • Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and Support of Field Sales
  • Simple quotes and complex quote support
  • Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information
  • Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems
  • Prepares analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the course of the sales process
  • Solves range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner
  • Communicates clearly and follows up to close the loop on open customer needs
  • Makes recommendations to external customers
  • Completes non-routine assignments that required a longer timeframe
  • Vendor product research
  • Complex stock checking and forecasting as a function of sales
  • Entering contract pricing as part as follow up to quotes and price analysis
  • Entering sales status and updated into online CRM
  • Complex order entry in to computerized order tracking system
  • Confirmation of delivery schedules as a function of order and customer follow up
Job Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business or Marketing from an accredited college or university is highly beneficial but not required
  • Prior Sales Support experience is preferred
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in use Adobe Creative Suite applications, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop,
  • and InDesign, others an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
Highly driven, self-motivated well organized professional with ability to prioritize and multitask
