You have the opportunity to wear many hats and do whatever it takes to help the company grow.

Your key responsibilities will be using your strong communication skills to be the customer-facing person for all things quality related.

You will be counted on to promote the site Quality programs required to achieve Quality goals and customer satisfaction.


?You will handle site regulatory compliance paperwork

You are depended on to manages ISO 9001 and other relevant quality systems

The Quality Lead will be the lead site contact for issues regarding quality and the Corrective Action Management Process and tools to address customer issues

A key task will be to establish and manage the site Quality System audit program

Act as the lead Quality person for the International parent of the manufacturing company

Reflect on past success and use appropriate tools to compile, track, trend, analyze and report key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas of non-compliance, best practice, and improvement opportunities


Act as the mentor throughout the plant to train site personnel on the use of quality systems to achieve quality goals

The Quality lead is expected to identify improvement opportunities through customer feedback and through programs driven by the business




4-year degree in science, engineering, or related field is preferred

Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience

Minimum of 5 years of industrial quality and GMP experience

Certification in internal auditing is preferred

  • Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience
  • Experience with management of corrective action programs
  • Knowledge about the plastic films manufacturing process, quality standards, and chemistry, preferred
  • Specific knowledge in manufacturing and formulations of PVDC, High Density and PE web films, preferred

Position pays 55000 to 75000
